NASA shares moon base mission plans

NASA plans to use both crewed and uncrewed Lunar Terrain Vehicles (LTVs) to expand operational range, enabling astronauts and autonomous systems to travel hundreds of miles across the surface. The Moon Base concept relies heavily on commercial partnerships (CLPS program) to deliver payloads, reduce cost, and accelerate mission cadence through private-sector landers and logistics support.
