Bilal Sabouni leads Guidepoint’s business across the Middle East, Africa, Türkiye and Central Asia — the New York-based expert network and research enablement platform — from the Dubai International Financial Centre.
Entrusted in 2018 to establish the firm’s regional presence, he built it from a single-room office into one of Guidepoint’s fastest-growing operations, delivering sustained triple-digit growth.
