TAMM AI Assistant is at the heart of Abu Dhabi’s ambitious digital government transformation strategy.
Since its launch in October 2024, it has become a cornerstone of efficient, AI-driven public services in the emirate. Developed by the Government Enablement Department, the TAMM AI Assistant is now a top-five finalist for the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) Prizes 2025 in the E-Government category.
This milestone reflects Abu Dhabi’s vision to be the first government in the world to operate fully on artificial intelligence. The assistant has managed over 1 million messages across 630,000+ conversations. It provides seamless access to over 950 government services in both Arabic and English.
The assistant demonstrates a leap in efficiency, autonomously resolving 95% of inquiries in real-time. This allows government personnel to focus on strategic work, not routine requests. With more than 400,000 users to date, TAMM is reshaping how citizens and businesses engage with government.
